Crazy Story pt4

2:272206 октября

Стиль

Chicago drill at 160 BPM: stark minor-key piano motif over a stripped, ominous beat, with heavy sliding 808 bass, clipped kick, hard snare, and rapid trap hi-hat rolls with stutters. Keep the arrangement sparse and tense, using brief drops and dark synth accents to frame a fast, aggressive male storytelling flow. Dry vocal delivery, doubled emphasis lines, and short delay throws add grit without crowding the mix.

So check it... this was back in the summer, right after the last situation cooled off. I'm chillin' at my shorty crib, we watchin' a movie, phone on silent, whole vibe peaceful. Then my lil' bro call twice back to back — that mean it's urgent. I pick up, he like, "Bruh, you need to slide to the house. Some folks pulled up talkin' crazy, lookin' for you." I ain't even stress. I threw on my hoodie, grabbed the glizzy off the nightstand, kissed shorty on the forehead, told her I'd be back. She know the routine by now. She just said, "Be careful." I slide through the block, and it's thick. Like six, seven whips parked wrong on both sides, music knockin', dudes I ain't never seen posted by the gate like they own the spot. My stomach told me somethin' ain't right before my brain did. I rolled my window down slow, asked one of my dawgs what's the word. He like, "Them Eastside folks came through. Sayin' you owe 'em somethin'. Sayin' you ain't untouchable." I'm like, owe? I ain't never did business with them man in my life. That's when I knew — somebody lied to 'em. Somebody sent 'em. So I hopped out, tucked the glizzy, walked up in the house like I ain't have a care in the world. First thing I see — three folks in the front room, one sittin' on my couch like he pay rent, two posted by the door with they arms crossed. Whole crib quiet. My peoples in the back, watchin' me, waitin' to see what I'ma do. I walked straight to the couch, stood over him, asked him his name. He looked up, smirked, said, "You know who I am." I said, "Nah, I don't. And you on the wrong block, in the wrong crib, talkin' to the wrong man. So either you tell me who sent you, or we gon' have a problem right here." He stood up, chest out, tryna flex. Said some slick shit 'bout my name not ringin' no more, 'bout how the city forgot. I let him finish. Then I hit him. One time. Clean. He folded like a lawn chair, head bounced off the coffee table, blood on my mama rug — I was hot about that part, on folks. His mans reached, I ain't even flinch. My lil' bro already had the pole out, and the whole room froze. Ain't no shootin' — not that night. But I made 'em all line up, made 'em call whoever sent 'em, put it on speaker so I could hear the voice. Voice on the other end went dead silent when he heard me. That's when I knew the war was comin'. Ain't nothin' I could do to stop it. So I told 'em — "Go back, tell him I'll be seein' him." They dragged ol' boy out the crib, left a trail of blood to the curb. My shorty called, asked if I'm straight. I said yeah. But I was lyin'. I sat on the porch for like an hour after everybody left, just starin' at the street. 'Cause I knew — one look, one punch, one phone call... that's all it took to start the whole thing back up. And it did.
